Advanced Laser Tin Welder for Precision Metal Joining
Product introduction
With the change of ultra-fine tin welding process, the traditional soldering iron based tin welding process has been gradually replaced by non-contact laser tin welding process, which has the characteristics of diversity and flexibility to adapt to the filler metal, and can more widely meet the process needs of customers. The equipment adopts 50W fiber transmission semiconductor laser, independent high-precision XYZ electric platform and DD motor to realize synchronous solder paste welding, efficient and fast. The dispensing machine automatically applies the solder paste, the tin amount is precise and controllable, and it has advantages for fine micro-tin amount and port welding, and the product specifications are adaptable.
Product characteristics
1. Laser soldering has high speed, no residue, good stability and consistency;
2. Non-contact processing, no stress generation, local heating, small heat affected zone;
3. Four-station rotating system, manual loading and unloading, automatic solder paste welding once completed;
4. With visual identification positioning system, photo capture welding spot, high positioning accuracy;
5. The welding spot can reach the micron level, and the processing time program is precisely controlled.
