One tow two laser processing machine
Product introduction
Equipment function: The equipment can achieve two optical fiber output, two optical fibers through the wide gate switch to achieve time-sharing light, with the fixture to achieve workpiece welding in turn.
Equipment workflow:
1. Install the sample at welding station 1 manually;
2. Welding head 1 out of light, station 1 fixture to drive the sample for rotary welding;
3. After the welding is completed at station 1, the laser is switched to station 2 for welding, and the material is manually loaded and unloaded at station 1 to wait for the next welding;
4. After the welding of station 2 is completed, the laser is switched to station 1 again for welding, and the machine of station 2 is manually loaded and unloaded, waiting for the next welding.
