The filter element is the core of the dust collector, and these filters can ensure that clean air is discharged into the factory environment. During operation, polluted air enters from the dirty air inlet and passes through the filter element. Dust in the air stays on the surface of the filter element. The filtered air enters the clean air chamber through the filter element and is then discharged into the environment through the clean air outlet. In order to ensure the optimal operating performance of the dust collector, it is very necessary to automatically clean the filter in sequence.Start and Run
Before starting, check if there are any debris at the fan outlet.
Ensure that the dust treatment system is correctly installed under the ash hopper.
When the filter element is clean, the air volume can be adjusted to the set value by adjusting the baffle valve.
Check if the maintenance door is closed.
Turn the main switch on and press the start stop button. Adjust the valve to the required air volume. Open the compressed air valve and adjust the compressed air pressure to 6 bar. The cleaning system will only start when necessary. See the Control manual for the Settings of the customized control system.
