Product introduction
        Laser heat treatment cladding equipment can choose CO2 or solid laser, mainly used for non-ferrous alloy surface modification. According to the different powder feeding process can be divided into powder preset method and synchronous powder feeding method, synchronous powder feeding method has the advantages of easy to realize automatic control, high laser energy absorption rate, no internal porosity, especially cladding cermet, can significantly improve the anti-cracking performance of the cladding layer, so that the hard ceramic phase can be evenly distributed in the cladding layer.


Product characteristics
1.The cooling speed is fast, belongs to the rapid solidification process, easy to obtain fine crystal structure or produce new phases that can not be obtained by the equilibrium state, such as unstable phase, amorphous state, etc.
2.The coating dilution rate is low, and the matrix is solid metallurgical bonding or interfacial diffusion bonding, through the adjustment of laser process parameters, can obtain a low dilution rate of good coating, and the coating composition and dilution degree is controllable;
3.The heat input and distortion is small, especially when using high power density rapid cladding, the deformation can be reduced to the assembly tolerance of the part.
4.Powder selection is almost no limit, especially in the low melting point metal surface melting high melting point alloy;
5.The thickness range of the cladding layer is large, and the coating thickness of a single feed powder is 0.2~2.0mm.
